Jeffrey S. Berns, MD of Philadelphia was named President-Elect of the National Kidney Foundation, Inc. (NKF). Dr. Berns is currently Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania where he is Associate Chief of the Renal, Electrolyte, and Hypertension Division, Director of the Nephrology Fellowship Training Program,
